Chef William “Will” Hanko has 15 years in the pizza industry, 10 years in fine dining. Published in LA Times, Sunset Magazine, Santa Barbara Independent, Savor and Santa Maria SUN. Trained directly under two James Beard awarded chefs from “Michelin Star” quality kitchens.

Lynda Hanko has worked in hospitality guest service for the better part of 17 years, and has experience serving at world famous “Cracked Crab” in Pismo Beach, and world renowned “Full of Life Flatbread” in Los Alamos California. She had a strong history of creating long-term guest relationships and has a strong passion for hospitality.
